The sought-after figure is that of ERP Business Analyst, whose task will be to interface and communicate with customer and company stakeholders to collect requests and design functional solutions, in order to guarantee the best result.

Activity
- Analizzare tutti gli aspetti delle operazioni aziendali dei clienti per mappare i loro processi e trovare le configurazioni Odoo che più gli si addicono
- Prepare the functional analysis documentation of the project
- Planning the activities for the provision of the consultancy service
- Collaborare con stakeholder aziendali e clienti per comprendere le esigenze e proporre soluzioni mirate
Necessary requirements
- Esperienza di almeno 3/4 anni come analista funzionale o business analyst
- Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi gestionali ERP, come Odoo e/o Salesforce
- Good understanding of sales and/or administrative processes
- Ottima conoscenza della gestione dei progetti e delle relazioni con i clienti
- Padronanza del pacchetto MS Office
- Solutions oriented, with a keen eye for detail, problem solving and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and projects simultaneously
Additional skills
- Corsi e/o certificazioni su Odoo, Salesforce, o altri ERP/CRM
- Attitudine all'orientamento alle soluzioni, con attenzione ai dettagli e forte capacità di problem solving
